Middlebury Studio School

Do you like cups, bowls or making things to use? Then join us for mud play and wheel throwing skills. We will learn how to throw a pot on the wheel and decorate them with colored slips, carving or adding handles. In this class the studio assistants will take care of the glazing process. Just come and enjoy playing with clay and by the end of the session you’ll have pieces to keep for a lifetime. Ages 8 to adult*

*Because working on the potter’s wheel involves coordination, strength, and learning the mechanics of the wheel, this class is best suited for older children and adults.

Adults are welcome to join this class, but must register for the session to participate and use clay.
