In this hands-on workshop, participants will be introduced to the timeless craft of handmade bookbinding. Learn about the essential materials and tools needed to create your own notebooks, journals, or artist books.

We'll explore a range of book structures—including single-sheet books, single- and multi-signature bindings, and accordion-style formats—giving you a solid foundation of techniques to get creative with. Additionally, we’ll create decorative paste paper,which can be used as beautiful, custom covers for some of the books. This workshop is suitable for beginners, or for anyone looking to refresh and expand their bookmaking skills. All levels/Adults & Teens 16+

All materials will be provided. Students are welcome to bring their own decorative papers, any tools or a self-healing cutting mat.
